How do I know you have received my order?
We send an order confirmation when you have placed an order with us. Once you have received the order confirmation, we have received your order. When we ship your package, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your order.
I have received the wrong product?
If you have received the wrong product, we are very sorry. Occasionally there are errors in our stock. Please contact us as soon as possible on support@greaterafricanart.com and we will make sure it is taken care of.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
If the package has not been sent, we can probably change the delivery address. Contact us immediately at support@greaterafricanart.com with the order number and the correct address.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact us via support@greaterafricanart.com if you want to cancel your order. During our business hours, we can make changes until the time the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
Is my information safe on GAA?
All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (also known as GDPR). For full information, please see our general terms and conditions. We promise to treat all personal information with the utmost care and responsibility.

When will I receive my goods?
Our delivery time is between 4-7 business days. If you order before 15.00 we will ship your order the same day. To avoid environmental waste, we first print products when the order is placed.
Where is my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your package. There you can see the expected delivery time, place of delivery, etc.

GAA ships globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.

Returns & returns
Here you can find answers to questions about the right of return and returns.
How can I return my item?
If you wish to return an item, you can use the enclosed return label. It costs 69 DKK which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you have ordered an item for delivery outside Denmark, you as a customer must pay the postage yourself if you wish to return any items.
When returning an item please use the original packaging. Our packaging is designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Read the requirements for return shipments in our terms and conditions.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must write to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notice must be given by e-mail to support@greaterafricanart.com The notice must state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Did you receive my return shipment?
Once we have received your return and processed it, you will be notified by email.
My item is defective. What should I do?
GAA provides complete replacement in the form of a new product when a manufacturing defect is verified. It is important to look at the product carefully when it arrives. If a product is damaged or otherwise defective when it arrives, a claim must be made as soon as possible after receipt. Contact Customer Service if you wish to make a claim regarding your product.
Take a picture of the outside and inside of the packaging and the damaged product.
If this is relevant, please contact support@greaterafricanart.com – always include photos of the product AND the inside and outside of the packaging.
How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

Discount code not working?
If you use a discount code that doesn't work, it may be because the discount code doesn't exist in our system, the item is already discounted or a technical error. Write to us through our chat or at support@greaterafricanart.com, if you have any questions.

How is GAA sustainable?
At GAA, we make every effort to make the most environmentally friendly choices. This applies from the printing of the poster right down to each individual shipping label. If there's a green option that's also high quality, we'll choose it.
How can I be sure that the products are sustainable?
All our printed materials are environmentally certified. But what does that really mean?
In an environmentally certified forest, no more wood is cut than the forest can reproduce.
Our paper comes from trees in the Nordic countries from sustainable forestry. It comes from an area where the trees needed for production are planted, not fewer, so there's no shortage.
